Job Description

A Senior Recruiter in Talent Acquisition at Paytm is a key point which along with sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent that is in line with company strategic goals also does the talent mapping function. The holder of this position is urged to be proactive, meticulous with details, and possess excellent communication skills, have deep knowledge of the recruitment process, and at the same time be able to handle several hiring campaigns at once. Besides the Senior Recruiter works very closely with the hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to give the best experience of recruiting which in turn will be the efficient utilization of Paytm’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the complete hiring cycle from requisition to onboarding in various departments such as technology, product, marketing, operations, finance, and customer support.

2. Talent Sourcing: Discover quality resources for the vacancy through career websites, social media platforms, personal networks, campus hiring, and employee referrals.

3. Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Take care of a detailed screening interview, evaluating candidate fit, and organizing technical and HR interviews so that a thorough query process is ensured.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the hiring managers to gather detailed role requirements, Work out candidate qualifications and the most effective ways to source them.

5. Employer Branding: By attending various industry events like career fairs, campus drives and engaging in social media outreach, help make Paytm an employer of choice.

6. Candidate Experience: By keeping the communication lines open between all involved parties, providing feedback, and simplifying the interview process make sure that a positive candidate experience is given.
