- Ensure all processes are performed in alignment with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) supplied through the commercial enterprise.
Achieving Performance Metrics:
- Meet man or woman Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets for accuracy, productiveness, extent, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Maintain needful requirements of exceptional whilst handling everyday operations.
Knowledge Application:
- Demonstrate information on mortgage servicing strategies, together with escrow and non-escrow loans.
