Position Overview: For this reason, we are looking for a well-experienced SAP FICA Senior Consultant (Financial Contract Accounting) Senior Consultant to join our team. The required candidate should be well experienced in SAP FICA implementation and support with a special focus on configurations and should have been providing excellent solutions to organizations in a short period.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in either Finance or Accounting Information Technology or any other related field.
- A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in SAP FICA and at least 2 full end-to-end implementations.
- Good knowledge of financial accounting standards and contractual accounting.
- Experience in the configuration and other aspects of setting up SAP about FICA.
- Good problem-solving abilities and communication skills along with good observation.
- Verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and to develop good interpersonal relationships.
- Persons with knowledge of SAP certifications (for example SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting with SAP ERP) will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with integration of FICA with SAP.
- Knowledge of reporting tools and analytical capabilities within SAP
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management
Technical skill:
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and contract accounting processes.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization related to FICA.
- Familiarity with integration points between FICA and other SAP modules (FI, SD, MM) and third-party applications.
Soft Skills:
- Experience in teamwork, an experience which demonstrates that the candidate can cooperate with other people.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, SAP FICA Senior Consultant exceptionally fields oriented and numerate and great attention to detail as well as proficiency in analytical work.
- Interpersonal and communication skills should be good to be able to deal with all the stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: SAP FICA Senior Consultant
- Project Leadership: Led and managed the SAP FICA Senior Consultant implementation project, ensuring flawless execution every step of the way. From project planning to post-implementation support. Develop and track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with customer expectations and organizational goals. Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. Promote a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct in-intensity analysis sessions with customers to elicit commercial enterprise requirements and apprehend their specific challenges inside financial accounting. Document business methods and requirements comprehensively, ensuring readability and alignment throughout all stakeholders. Translate enterprise wishes into detailed practical specs for system configurations and enhancements
- Configuration and Customization: Expertly configure and customize SAP FICA Senior Consultant modules, together with settlement accounting, billing, and collections control. Optimize gadget functionality to align with commercial enterprise techniques, making sure efficient transaction processing and reporting skills. Develop and put in force best practices for FICA operations, making sure compliance with enterprise requirements and rules.
