We are excited to invite current graduates to join our Engineering crew as Software Application Engineers at our Bengaluru region. This function is right for freshers who own a robust foundational expertise of laptop technology, are enthusiastic about trouble-fixing, and have a real passion for building employer-level HR and cloud-based packages.
Uber Freshers Job Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle HCM Cloud answer architecture, making sure design scalability and minimizing technical debt.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to apprehend complicated enterprise requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
- Participate in the configuration and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud programs, assisting with modules like Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Diagnose technical troubles and paintings intently with cross-functional teams to propose and put in force powerful solutions.
- Contribute to the solution structure, figuring out device dependencies and suggesting enhancements in design for robustness and overall performance.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in at least one advanced-level programming language: GoLang, Java, or C++.
- Sound expertise in software program development life cycle (SDLC) standards and first-class practices.
Cloud Application Experience:
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud talents, in particular around configuration, extensibility, and deployment.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud implementation methodologies is a plus.
- Exposure to HR technology platforms such as 3rd-birthday celebration integrations like Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Benefits systems.
Problem Solving & Analytical Skills:
- Excellent analytical abilities with the ability to break down complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to become aware of machine dependencies and assume long-term impacts of technical choices.

- Strong written and verbal communication talents, in particular in explaining technical standards to non-technical audiences.
