The UKG Integration Developer at Tech Mahindra is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using Dell Boomi for US-based clients. This role involves creating interfaces for UKG products, migrating existing WIM interfaces, and upgrading UKG systems to newer versions. The developer will collaborate with clients, prepare design documents, code, test, and deploy integrations while supporting User Acceptance Testing and production deployments. Expertise in WFM/HCM concepts, Dell Boomi, and integration technologies like REST API and SOAP is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Development:
- Create and set up customized interfaces between UKG merchandise and 0.33-birthday party structures using Dell Boomi.
- Migrate present Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces to Dell Boomi systems.
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to accumulate and apprehend integration requirements.
- Participate in evening calls with US-primarily based clients and crew contributors while necessary.
Solution Design and Documentation:
- Analyze customer necessities and put together comprehensive design files.
- Develop integration answers aligned with task goals.
Coding and Testing:
