A Process Associate at TCS Chennai will handle International Insurance (Life and Annuities) processes, including policy administration, claims processing, customer support, and data management. The role requires 1-4 years of experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Candidates must be graduates, willing to work in rotational shifts, and possess all necessary educational and employment documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Processing Insurance Claims & Policies: Handle give up-to-stop processing of lifestyles and annuities insurance regulations, ensuring compliance with global requirements and rules.
  2. Policy Administration: Manage policy enrollments, renewals, amendments, and terminations whilst retaining accuracy.
