Job Description

This function helps Visa’s body of workers making plans projects, supplying vital evaluation, modeling, and forecasting that permit enterprise leaders to make data-backed decisions about body of workers approach, hiring, and capability improvement.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

As a Workforce Planning Associate, your position will consist of:

  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Finance teams to analyze team of workers data and aid capability making plans
  • Building and preserving workforce models, dashboards, and forecasts
  • Performing headcount and talent supply/call for analysis to help strategic commercial enterprise choices
  • Assisting in long-range making plans for hiring, function capability, and geographic distribution

  • Presenting insights and reviews to stakeholders the usage of equipment like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau

✅ Required Qualifications

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Analytics, or a related field

💼 Experience:

  • 1–three years of relevant enjoy in HR analytics, staff making plans, economic making plans, or approach
  • Familiarity with team of workers control equipment and statistics visualization software program

🧠 Skills:

  • Strong Excel and records modeling competencies
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics platforms
