Job Description
As a Project Coordinator at itel, you may play a pivotal function in making sure that initiatives are finished easily, on time, and within scope. You’ll be the important hub for communication, documentation, and mission monitoring across internal groups and stakeholders.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Supporting undertaking managers in making plans and execution of purchaser and internal initiatives
- Coordinating pass-practical teams to fulfill project dreams and cut-off dates
- Preparing mission documentation, schedules, assembly notes, and standing reports
- Assisting in aid allocation, timeline tracking, and finances tracking
- Ensuring adherence to organization tactics, task governance, and reporting protocols
- Communicating efficaciously with stakeholders and escalating issues as wished
- Using challenge management equipment (e.G., Jira, MS Project, Asana) to song progress
- Facilitating meetings, updates, and opinions with internal and outside groups
✅ Required Qualifications
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Project Management certifications (CAPM, PMP, or comparable) are an introduced benefit
💼 Experience:
- 2–five years of expert experience in a venture coordination, operations, or administrative position
- Experience in a BPO, era, or customer support surroundings is favored
🛠️ Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking competencies
- Excellent verbal and written verbal exchange
- Proficiency with project management software program (e.G., MS Office Suite, Jira, Trello, Monday.Com)
- High interest to detail and potential to work independently
- Understanding of assignment lifecycle and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to work in a dynamic and speedy-paced team environment
