Job Description

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing dayto-day maintenance operations to make sure manufacturing equipment runs accurately, successfully, and reliably. You will lead a team of renovation technicians, manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, and partner with manufacturing, high-quality, and engineering teams to maximize uptime and pressure continuous development.

  • Lead and coordinate the each day activities of the renovation crew throughout all shifts
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective protection sports
  • Troubleshoot and remedy device breakdowns and technical issues in real-time
  • Ensure all upkeep work is compliant with protection policies and employer requirements
  • Maintain correct preservation data using CMMS structures (e.G., SAP PM)
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and nice teams to help manufacturing goals
  • Assist in education and mentoring junior maintenance technicians
  • Participate in root purpose analysis (RCA) and non-stop development projects
  • Support set up, commissioning, and validation of recent gadget

โœ… Required Qualifications

๐ŸŽ“ Education:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related subject
  • Technical certification or exchange school training in protection disciplines is a plus

๐Ÿ’ผ Experience:

  • 5+ years of enjoy in commercial or food/beverage production upkeep
  • 1โ€“2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or lead technician function

๐Ÿง  Skills:

  • Strong mechanical, electric, and PLC troubleshooting expertise
  • Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation structures
  • Proficient in CMMS structures (SAP desired)
  • Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
  • Ability to manage more than one priorities and lead groups below pressure
  • Excellent conversation, group management, and organizational talents

  • Experience in beverage, meals, or FMCG industries
  • Lean production or Six Sigma certification
  • OSHA or protection schooling certifications
  • Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) concepts
  • Flexibility to paintings shifts and reply to emergency breakdowns
