Job Description

Deloitte is seeking out a dynamic and end result-orientated Deputy Manager to guide leadership in handing over outstanding offerings across initiatives, customer engagements, and crew management. This function entails a blend of strategic thinking, consumer carrier, humans control, and execution responsibilities. The Deputy Manager performs a key role in using performance, innovation, and collaboration throughout teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate cease-to-quit transport of consumer engagements within the assigned area (e.G., audit, chance advisory, tax compliance, consulting).
  • Assist in making plans, budgeting, and resource allocation for initiatives.
  • Supervise and assessment the paintings of junior team contributors to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Manage customer communications, prepare reviews, and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with regulatory adjustments and industry trends affecting patron operations.
  • Participate in business improvement tasks, along with inspiration development and patron pitches.
  • Foster a way of life of non-stop gaining knowledge of, performance excellence, and collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to Deloitte’s threat, compliance, and fine requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline (CA/MBA favored for finance-associated roles).
  • 5–8 years of applicable experience in a Big four, consulting, or company surroundings.
  • Strong analytical and trouble-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in equipment consisting of Excel, PowerPoint, and domain-unique software program (e.g., SAP, audit tools, tax platforms).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in dealing with multiple tasks and leading groups.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to control patron relationships and supply underneath tight deadlines.
