Job Description

As a Customer Executive, you’ll represent PepsiCo within the marketplace, overseeing one or multiple distributors. Your duties will consist of planning, deploying, and executing joint business plans, as well as improving income competencies to pressure sustainable growth.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Market Execution:

  • Achieve monthly secondary income goals and gross revenue increase.
  • Plan routes effectively to maximise productivity.
  • Increase net distribution by using expanding the quantity of retailers served.
  • Enhance weighted distribution by means of increasing SKU depend in existing outlets.
  • Ensure stock availability and execute rack placements as according to planograms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the marketplace to maximise consumer pride.

Training & Communication:

  • Conduct one-on-one schooling classes with Presales Representatives (PSRs) to increase business expertise and sales abilties.
  • Set monthly objectives for each salesclerk.
  • Work alongside income personnel in the marketplace to teach them on execution techniques.
  • Monitor income overall performance using normal reviews.
  • Communicate incentives and encourage the sales team to attain objectives.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Any undergraduate diploma; a postgraduate diploma (preferably MBA from Tier 2/three faculties) is wonderful.
  • Experience: 2–6 years in FMCG or similar income and distribution roles.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; understanding of FMCG sales and distribution fashions; data talent, together with ROI models.
  • Languages: Basic English proficiency; information of the neighborhood language is useful.
