EXL Walk in Recruitment Job Description:
The Non-Voice Process involves managing client inquiries via written verbal exchange (e-mail, chat, and so forth.), providing solutions, and making sure of timely and correct responses. Responsibilities encompass documenting customer interactions, retaining statistics, troubleshooting issues, and participating with groups to enhance carrier shipping. Key Responsibilities:

Education:
