We are seeking proficient and skilled Artwork Designers who are enthusiastic about packaging, label layout, and visible presentation. Capgemini Walk in Interview Key Responsibilities:
- Design and broaden artwork for packaging, cartons, and labels according to logo guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and regulatory teams to ensure that certain paintings meet technical, aesthetic, and felony standards.
- Apply offset printing and pre-press knowledge to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of designs in production.
- Work within an Artwork Management System to handle model management, updates, and approvals.
- Deliver terrific artwork that meets strict FMCG, CPG, or Pharma industry standards and guidelines.
- Liaise with external vendors and print providers to maintain consistent exceptional across outputs.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance necessities for packaging substances, mainly in industries like prescription drugs and rapidly shifting consumer goods.
Capgemini Walk in Interview Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A graduate degree in any field (mandatory).
- 1 to 10 years of applicable painting experience in artwork design, ideally in industries including FMCG, CPG, or Pharmaceuticals.
- Proficient in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
- Hands-on know-how of packaging improvement, including cartons, labels, and related additives.
- Solid know-how of offset printing techniques, print production strategies, and materials.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to packaging and painting control.
- Detail-oriented with a robust eye for layout, format, and logo consistency.
- Ability to paintings in a quick-paced environment and control multiple priorities.
