Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline) from a recognized university.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a call center assistant role, in particular in voice approaches or compliance-related communications.
Languages Required:
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi (both spoken and written)
- Preferred: Knowledge of extra South Indian languages is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel is favored for reporting and fact monitoring.
