The position of Sr. Officer Floor / Department Manager at DMart is pivotal in ensuring seamless store operations, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and driving team performance. Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Optimize the utilization of Store Associates (SAs) primarily based on patron traffic patterns, galas, and holidays.
  • Ensure powerful ROTA (Roster) management on a day, weekly, and month-to-month basis.
  • Address recruitment gaps with the aid of escalating issues to the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM).

Shrinkage Control:

  • Monitor and raise alarms on shrinkage trends.
  • Implement necessary preventive measures to reduce stock loss.

Store Readiness:

  • Ensure the store ground is prepared for operations before starting.
  • Maintain hygiene, stock refilling, proper presentations, and accurate fee boards.
  • Monitor the stock motion from the warehouse to the ground to permit easy refilling for tomorrow.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) concepts are followed for inventory.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and how to enhance customer convenience.

Register Maintenance:

  • Update and enforce comments from the Purchase Floor Walk sign-in.

Evening and Night Operations:
